By participating in the giveaway, each entrant agrees to abide by these Official Rules, including all eligibility requirements and understands that the results of the contest, as determined by GoodHuis Co, are final in all respects. You are providing your information to GoodHuis Co and not to any other party. The information provided will be used in conjunction with the following Privacy Policy in this document.
GoodHuis Co shall have the right, at its sole discretion and at any time, to change or modify these terms and conditions, such change shall be effective immediately upon posting to this webpage.
GoodHuis Co also reserves the right to cancel the competition if circumstances arise outside of its control.

Eligibility
This competition is open to all legal Australian residents, residing in Australia who are eighteen (18) years of age or older at the time of entry.

Entry period
Entry is open from 7pm November 12, 2023 and closes at 11:59pm AEST on November 30th 2023. Only entries received during this time will be eligible for the prize draw. The winner will be announced on GoodHuis Co Instagram page and notified via email on Monday December 1st 2023.

How to enter
Instagram Entry:
Click through to the competition landing page (via the Sponsored Instagram Competition Post or Link in GoodHuis Co Instagram profile).
Complete the sign up form by providing your name and email address on the landing page.

Facebook Sponsored Post Entry:
Click “Learn More” on any Sponsored Competition Facebook Post to the competition landing page.
Complete the sign up form by providing your name and email address on the landing page.

Email Entry:
Click through to the competition landing page (via the Competition Email).
Complete the sign up form by providing your name and email address on the landing page.

Winner selection
The winner will be selected at random on Monday Dec 1st 2023 at GoodHuis Co store 156 High St Belmont, VIC 3216
The winner will be notified via email and must claim the prize within 15 days, after which a new winner will be selected.

The prize
The prize includes:
A $400 AUD gift card which can be exclusively used at GoodHuis Co online or in store.
The prize is as stated and no cash or other alternatives will be offered. The prize is not transferable. The prize cannot be redeemed on custom orders or oversized shipping.

Privacy Policy
Any personal data relating to the winner or any other entrants will be used solely in accordance with current Australian data protection legislation and will not be disclosed to an external party without the entrant’s prior consent. By entering the Competition you agree that GoodHuis Co will use your for marketing purposes.
Indemnification and limitation of liability
BY ENTERING THE COMPETITION, EACH ENTRANT AGREES TO INDEMNIFY, RELEASE AND HOLD HARMLESS GOODHUIS CO., THE FACEBOOK PLATFORM, ADMINISTRATOR, AND ALL THEIR RESPECTIVE OFFICERS, DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, REPRESENTATIVES AND AGENTS FROM ANY LIABILITY, DAMAGES, LOSSES OR INJURY RESULTING IN WHOLE OR IN PART, DIRECTLY OR INDIRECTLY, FROM THAT ENTRANT’S PARTICIPATION IN THE COMPETITION AND THE ACCEPTANCE, USE OR MISUSE OF ANY PRIZE THAT MAY BE WON. GOODHUIS CO DO NOT MAKE ANY WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, AS TO THE CONDITION, FITNESS OR MERCHANTABILITY OF THE PRIZE. GOODHUIS CO, AND ALL THEIR RESPECTIVE OFFICERS, DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, REPRESENTATIVES AND AGENTS DISCLAIM ANY LIABILITY FOR DAMAGE TO ANY COMPUTER SYSTEM RESULTING FROM ENTERING THE COMPETITION.
