Styling Services Terms and Conditions
- Initial consultation is 30 min conducted in-store or via phone to define the parameters of your project and prep for on-site consultation
- On-site Consultation included up to 1 hour per room. Local travel from Belmont store included (35km) Additional costs for travel beyond 35km is charged at our hourly rate of $100 per hour
- 15% Off full price items only. Minimum purchase $2000 before discount applied for 6 months from signing of contract.
- Delivery to your home and assembly fees are additional.
- Additional styling services are charged at $100 per hour. The GHC Styling Services can step in at any stage and we can also offer support services throughout your project.
- Returns Policy - items purchased through GHC that are stocked items apply to our standard policy 14 days exchange for credit note only. No refund unless the product is deemed faulty.
- If you are unhappy with the product you have purchased (exclusions apply) you may return the item(s) and are entitled to an exchange or store credit, minus shipping, handling charges, and insurance costs, from and to Good Huis Co, within 14 days.
- Custom or oversized are not eligible for return or exchange unless prior arrangement made with Director.
- Please note: a restocking fee of 30% will be applicable on change of mind returns for bulky items. This amount will cover the reasonable costs of ordering stock in for you, as ordered items unfortunately cannot be returned to the manufacturer.
- Returned items must be in their original packaging and condition, with all hardware, fixtures and accessories, and must not be used or altered in any way.
- Unfortunately, there is no refund, exchange, or cancellation available on custom, made to order and special order items.
- Lead times - the curation of beautiful spaces takes time, and while every effort is made to ensure accurate lead times are quoted at the time of order replacement - delays caused by suppliers or shipping are not considered cause for cancellation of any order.

We know that interior styling can feel overwhelming and time-consuming. It is often the last piece of the design puzzle and relies on creating cohesion between the interior design and your personal taste.
Having overseen a number of interior styling projects, renovations, and worked directly with furniture and interior suppliers, we have the experience and industry knowledge to guide you through your next interior project. We have an extensive catalogue to draw upon and are passionate about the curation of beautiful furniture and styling.

ROOM SERVICE
Looking for styling advice for soft furnishings, furniture, accessories, lighting and art for a room in your home? Or don't need a whole room decorated and just need help to style a specific space in your home? This service is great if you need help to identify your style, solve spatial flow, colour palette and you'll even receive a shopping list.
The site meeting: After an initial 30 min consultation (complimentary) we will meet you on-site to review the architecture of your home. Our GHC Stylist will consider space, colour and materiality, your existing pieces or wishlist, and goals for the liveability of your home.
Concept Development: Design Concept Mood boards are developed with your aesthetic and liveability goals in mind. We offer two options for your review. Using Good Huis Co’s collection that extends beyond the showroom display, and where appropriate, customised pieces, your stylist will curate a furniture, accessories and art selection in line with your lifestyle and personal aesthetic. We source outside of our Good Huis Co collection to ensure the concept fits your brief. After meeting with your stylist in-store we provide you the final design in moodboard format and a recommended shopping list of soft furnishings, accessories, furniture, lighting and art.
Delivery and Styling: Once happy with your selection, all items are delivered to the Good Huis Co Belmont showroom for your collection. Delivery, assembly and on-site styling with your stylist can be arranged and quoted upon request.
Fees: $299 per room, with additional spaces based on quotation. With purchases over $2,000 save 15% off full priced items, if used within 6 months.
Additional rooms? Room Service for up to 3 rooms
Fees: $899 up to 3 rooms, with additional spaces based on quotation. Purchases over $2,000 save 15% off full priced items, if used within 6 months.
PREMIUM STYLING SERVICE
We understand that interior styling can feel overwhelming. This service is ideal if you need a stylist to complete the project for you. From start to finish, we manage the entire process, including developing a design concept, sourcing, delivery and assembly, and on-site styling installation
