Shipping Policy

At Good Huis Co, we aim to process and dispatch your order as quickly as possible.

Order Processing

Orders are processed Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays.

Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.

Most in-stock small decor items are dispatched within 1–2 business days. Furniture, oversized and fragile items may require additional processing time.

During promotional periods, peak seasons and major sales events, processing and delivery times may be longer than usual.


Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are calculated based on the size, weight and destination of your order.

Small Decor Items

We offer a flat rate shipping fee of $17 Australia-wide for eligible small decor items.

Orders are shipped via Australia Post and typically dispatched within 1–2 business days.

Tracking details will be provided via email once your order has been dispatched.

We can deliver to:

  • Residential addresses

  • Business addresses

  • PO Boxes

  • Australia Post Parcel Lockers


Furniture, Artwork & Oversized Items

We offer a flat rate shipping fee of $169 for eligible oversized items to most metropolitan and regional locations across Australia.

Oversized items include, but are not limited to:

  • Furniture

  • Artwork

  • Large pots

  • Fragile or bulky items

  • Large multi-item orders

Oversized deliveries are completed by specialised furniture carriers.

Please allow up to 10 business days for processing and dispatch of in-stock oversized items.

Standard oversized delivery includes:

  • One-person delivery

  • Ground-floor or kerbside delivery

  • Customer assistance may be required for larger items


South Australia, Tasmania, Western Australia & Remote Areas

The $169 flat rate oversized shipping offer excludes South Australia, Tasmania, Western Australia and select remote or regional locations, including parts of Queensland.

Due to the significant variation in freight costs to these areas, shipping charges are calculated on a case-by-case basis.

Once your order is received, we will obtain a freight quote from our delivery partners and contact you within 2 business days with the shipping cost for approval.

If you choose not to proceed with the quoted shipping cost, you may cancel your order for a full refund prior to dispatch.

No additional freight charges will be applied without your approval.


Delivery Timeframes

Estimated delivery timeframes commence once your order has been dispatched.

Delivery times vary depending on:

  • Delivery location

  • Freight provider

  • Weather conditions

  • Peak shipping periods

As a general guide:

  • Small parcel deliveries: 2–10 business days

  • Furniture and oversized deliveries: 5–15 business days

Delivery timeframes are estimates only and are not guaranteed.

While we work closely with our shipping partners, delays can occasionally occur that are outside our control.

If you require delivery by a specific date, please contact us before placing your order and we will do our best to assist.


Tracking Your Order

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing tracking information where available.

After dispatch, delivery is managed by the selected freight provider.

For delivery-related enquiries, please contact us and we will assist where possible.


White Glove Delivery

White Glove Delivery services may be available for selected furniture items and locations.

This service may include:

  • Inside-home delivery

  • Packaging removal

  • Assembly or installation

Pre-Order Items

Pre-order items are products that are not currently in stock and are expected to arrive at a future date.

Estimated arrival dates are provided as a guide only and may change due to supplier or freight delays.

Where your order contains both in-stock and pre-order items, your order may be held and shipped together once all items are available unless otherwise arranged.

Additional freight charges may apply if multiple deliveries are requested.


Fuel & Freight Surcharges

Due to fluctuations in freight, fuel and carrier costs, shipping rates may be reviewed and adjusted periodically.

Any applicable shipping charges will be displayed at checkout or confirmed before your order is dispatched.


Packaging & Recycling

We encourage customers to recycle packaging materials where possible.

Packaging removal is not included with standard delivery services unless specifically arranged as part of a White Glove Delivery service.


International Shipping

We currently ship within Australia only.

International shipping is not available at this time.
