Do you offer gift cards? 

Yes, we offer e-gift cards here on our online store. We also offer lovely physical gift cards which can be purchase in-store.


Shipping

Do you ship Australia wide?

We ship Australia-wide.

What carriers do you use?

As soon as you have ordered your product online we know how eager you are to receive your beautiful items. All orders are shipped via standard post with Australia Post within 24 hours of sale. We will endeavour to post your items on the same day it was made when possible, otherwise it will be sent the next business day. 

Please notify us if you would like your parcel to be sent to your work address as it will need a signature on delivery to ensure that your parcel does not get lost or stolen.

How do I track my package?

We will notify you of your tracking number once your order has been placed. 

How long will my order take to arrive? 

Once it has left our store, your order is in the hands of Australia Post. Please refer to their website for transit timelines.

Wall Art, Furniture and non-standard postage 

Wall Art, Furniture and non-standard postage items are only available to shop in store. We can arrange a delivery quote upon request when shopping in store. 

Can I order online and pick up in-store? 

Yes! Our store is located at 156 High Street, Belmont 3216. Just select Pickup instore, and we will notify you once your item is packed and ready for collection.

Do you ship to PO boxes or Parcel Lockers?

Absolutely! 

How much does shipping cost?

Shipping is charged as a flat $10 fee for standard post

Do you ship internationally? 

International shipping is not offered at this time, but we hope to in the near future.

 

Refunds

An item has broken in transit, what do I do?

Please inspect your order upon delivery and contact us immediately at hello@goodhuisco.com.au if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

How do I make a return?

If you would like to return an item, simply email us within 2 days of receiving your item at hello@goodhuisco.com.au.
