Trade FAQ's

How do I set up a trade account? 

For all trade applications please fill in the required details in the application form above. Once your information is submitted, our team will assess your application and be in touch within 48 hours to notify you if your application has been approved.

How do I make a trade order? 

Once your trade account has been approved by our team, please email hello@goodhuisco.com.au with your specified item/s, client information and shipping details to place an order. Our team will raise a quote or invoice for you with your trade discount applied. All trade orders must include clients name and project address with trade account business as a reference, or discount will not be applied. Please note item/s provided on a quote are not held until payment or deposit has been made. Alternatively, drop into the store, advise the team you have a trade account and we can process your order in person. Trade discount cannot be combined with any other offer or promotion. 

What is my discount tier?

Once you have completed the application form and your account is approved, you will be contacted with the relevant discount information. Working on a large project? Discuss the details with us and we will arrange a custom quote.

Is there a minimum order value? 

Trade discount applies once you achieve a minimum value of $500 per order. Shipping charges can not be used to achieve the minimum order value.

What trades qualify for a trade account?

Our trade account is available to all relevant trades to Good Huis Co. This being the likes of architects, designers, builders, and electricians.

I am a sole trader/owner/builder, do I qualify for a trade account?

As a sole trader, we require proof of work displaying that you fit into one of our relevant trade categories. Please apply with your builder licence number upon application if you are an owner builder.

How do I sign up for a trade account?

Simply fill in the required details and one of our team members will assess and get back to you shortly. We endeavour to have all accounts responded to within 48 hours.

Can I return my trade order?

We offer an exchange or credit note within 14 days on stocked items. Please choose carefully as we don’t offer refunds unless a product is deemed faulty. We cannot offer any exchange or credit on custom or special orders, or late delivery due to shipment delays. Special orders are any items/orders placed for you that we do not display in our store.
