Chet Rug

The Tribe Home Chet Rug takes a traditional textile motif and gives it a modern, graphic edge. It's hand-woven on a Panja loom in a blend of wool and jute, with a textured sandstone base made from chunky, looped yarn and flatter weave that's soft yet hard-wearing underfoot. Across it, columns of misty grey blocks step up and down in an offset chequered pattern, punctuated by rows of warm brown squares, and soft fringing finishes both ends. The grounded, earthy palette suits modern, organic and Japandi interiors, whether it's under a sofa, a dining table or at the foot of a bed. Chet is one of seven designs in Tribe Home's limited Fusion collection. As each rug is handmade, expect slight variations in size and colour of 3 to 5%, which is part of its one-of-a-kind character.
