The Carti Ceramic Serving Board 36 x 17cm looks like it was shaped by hand while the clay was still soft. Its long, organic form rises in a gentle fold through the middle, and its wavy edges curl up at the sides. A creamy white glaze is splattered with flecks of cocoa brown, so every piece has its own pattern of speckles. At 36cm long and 17cm wide, it's a good size for a cheese platter, antipasto, sliced bread or a run of tapas. The raised fold even helps keep crackers apart from the dips. Ceramic also keeps food cool longer than timber, which helps when the platter sits out in summer.
