Oversized Shipping Information

Oversized Items – $150 Flat Rate on all Australian Orders excluding WA and TAS.

WA and TAS - Click Enquire to request a shipping quote. A shipping quote will be emailed once your address details are supplied, please allow up to 2 working days. Oversized items will be shipped using a specialised furniture courier.

Return for exchange or credit note: Eligible on full priced stock only. Return requested within 14 days of delivery. Returns for Oversized items will incur a 30% restocking fee. 

Please note that we do not offer refunds unless the item is faulty. Faulty items will be returned to the manufacturer before we process the refund.

Sale items are considered final sale. Therefore not eligible for return, refund, credit or exchange.
